InsufficientItemQuantity: Insufficient item quantity to complete transaction Lines[0].Item

Cause:

Stock for the product is 0 or less.

Solution:

You can remove the “I Inventory This Item” mark on these items in MYOB or adjust the QTY on hand to be greater than 0.
