To retrieve the error log file do the following steps:
1. Open the integration tool
2. Click on the Configuration button, then select the advanced tab
3. Check the "Enable detailed log file"
4. Then Save and close.
5. Re-run the process that was failing (import or export)
6. Go back into the Configuration area, Advanced tab and click on the "Open Log file" button.
7. Save this file.
