Is your Connectwise site hosted by Connectwise themselves or is it hosted in your own servers? The error messages suggests that there is a problem with the SSL certificate on the server. Maybe it expired or is using an old version of TLS. If you host it in your own servers, then can I get you to check what version of TLS it is on? Version 1.0 is deprecated as of 30 June and the Connectwise API is probably rejecting it. So you need to make sure you are on TLS 1.1 or 1.2. This is something you'll need to ask your server manager.
