When a new user is set up they are required to enter in their username and password,   If this is set up incorrectly we get the following.

This can be resolved by logging into MYOB 

  1. Select SETUP from the MYOB menu
  2. Select User Access
  3. Either go to your existing user profile or create a new one,  we do suggest having a separate user for the Integration tool e.g. Integration.
  4. By default the option "This user will sign on with a my.Myob account (recommended),  uncheck this.

  5. This will allow you to enter a username and password

  6. This is now the user name and password you should use in the integration tool.
  7. Close and save MYOB and test the connection again on the Integration tool.
