Our application can only connect to AccountRight if the “MYOB Add-On Connector” is running on your computer. For AccountRight versions 2016.2 and earlier, make sure the MYOB Add-On Connector is correctly installed and running.
In the MYOB program group, you should have this “MYOB Add-On Connector”.
Open it and it will run the service which you can see running in the Notification Area/System Tray. You can open it to see it running or stop it. You can also test the URL (http://localhost:8080/AccountRight) to verify the service is working.
