To access the help options for the BigCommerce Integration for MYOB click on the "Help" menu at the top of your Main Screen.

Available options are:

  • User's Manual: Please refer to this document to get started with the application. All steps to get the Integration working are explained in detail here.
  • List of Known Issues: If after following all steps on the User's Manual you encounter some issues using the Integration please refer to the online list of Known Issues. The issue you are experiencing will probably be listed here with a solution.
  • Get Technical Support: For any other issue not documented either in the User's Manual or the List of Known Issues select this option to report the issue to Innovent Business Solutions' Technical Support Team. This option will prepare an email to our support email address which will generate a ticket number for you for your reference. A member of our Techincal Support will be happy to assist you.
  • Frequently Asked Questions: This list contains answers to the most commonly asked questions by our customers.
